Connected Accounts

This page lets you manage the external profiles you link to your profile. Connecting an account allows you to log in quickly and securely without needing to type your password every time.

How to Access Connected Accounts

Follow these simple steps to find and open the connected accounts page:

1. Open Settings:
   Desktop
   Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.
   Mobile
   Tap your Profile Icon at the top of the screen.

2. Click on Settings (next to the gear icon ⚙️) from the menu that pops up.

3. Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.

4. Click on the sixth tab called Connected Accounts to open the page.

Managing Your Sign-In Methods

Here is how you can manage your linked profiles on the Connected Accounts page:

1. View Link Status

• You can see all external sign-in methods currently tied to your profile (for example: Google).

• A Connected status label confirms that this account is active and can be used to log in.

2. Disconnecting an Account

• If you no longer want to use a linked account to log in, click the red Disconnect button next to it.

Important Note

Before disconnecting an account, it is required to make sure you have set up a password or have another linked login method active so you don’t get locked out of your workspace!
