Billing Profile
The Billing Profile page holds the official contact and address details linked to your account’s payment methods. The information you provide here ensures your subscription statements and invoices are correctly formatted to match your company’s location.
How to Access Billing Profile
Section titled “How to Access Billing Profile”Follow these simple steps to find your billing information form:
- Open Plans & Billing:Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.Tap your Profile Icon at the top right of the screen.
Click on Plans & Billing (next to the card icon 💳) from the menu that pops up.
Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.
Click on the third tab called Payment History to open the page.
What Information to Update
Section titled “What Information to Update”At the top of the container, you will see a text note confirming your region-specific currency settings (for example, Sri Lanka pricing (LKR)). Below that, you can fill in or change these personal and company details:
- First Name & Last Name: The name of the main account holder or purchasing manager handles billing issues.
- Email Address: The inbox where subscription updates, billing reminders, and payment receipts are sent.
- Phone Number: Your primary contact number for any account validation or billing inquiries.
- Street Address, City, & Country: Your registered business address details.
Saving Your Profile Changes
Section titled “Saving Your Profile Changes”Once you have finished updating your billing information, make sure to commit your changes:
- Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the billing profile form container.
- Your updated contact info will immediately apply to all future subscription transactions and renewal statements.
