Statistics Dashboard

The Statistics page gives you a bird’s-eye view of your entire business operations. Instead of looking at just one project, this dashboard groups your financial data together so you can see your total earnings, profit margins, and sales trends over a clear timeline.

You can access your master business metrics depending on the device you are using:

  1. Click on Statistics from the main left sidebar menu.

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter all your business metrics by choosing a specific time window:

  • Preset Buttons: Quickly click on This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year.
  • Custom Range: Select a custom start and end date to review data across a specific job timeline.

The top right corner displays a quick helper text showing the total number of completed projects recorded during your chosen timeframe.

The main cards at the top row sum up your financial metrics across all completed projects within your filtered time window:

  • Total Quoted: The total retail value of all project quotations that clients have officially accepted.
  • Total Received: The real cash you have collected across all your combined project receipts.
  • Outstanding: The remaining total balance that customers still need to pay you.
  • Proj. Gross (Projected Gross): Your total estimated profit calculated from the items and equipment prices inside your accepted quotations.
  • Actual Gross: Your real-world profit totals calculated after subtracting your true component and operational costs.
  • Net Profit: The final money your business cleared after factoring in all actual hardware bills, labor payouts, travel costs, and miscellaneous transactions.

The Financial Trends Over Time section features a visual line graph that displays your business performance day-by-day.

  • Switching Metric Views: Use the dropdown box at the top right of the graph area to switch what data line you are analyzing (such as viewing your total Quoted Value timeline).
  • Graph Breakdown Metrics: Below the visual plot points, you will see key summary values:
    • Total: The complete financial sum accumulated across the entire date window.
    • Peak: The highest single earning amount or milestone spike hit on the timeline.
    • Average: The typical daily or operational value scored during the timeframe.
    • Active Periods: The total number of unique date slots where financial activity took place.

The Financial Overview module translates your money metrics into visual progress percentages to track efficiency goals:

  • Revenue Collection Bar: Shows your total Money Received compared directly against your Total Quoted values so you can see your real-time collection collection rate (e.g., 100.3% collected).
  • Projected Gross Margin Bar: Shows the expected profit percentage you planned to make based on your quotations.
  • Actual Gross Margin Bar: Displays your true profit percentage calculated after factoring in what you actually spent on equipment, labor, and transport.
  • Net Profit Margin Bar: The final percentage of clean revenue your business took home after subtracting absolutely every cost line.

At the bottom of the page, the Project Breakdown table organizes your operational metrics line-by-line for each individual installation job.

Every row displays the project identifier code, creation date, and specific balance sheet details side-by-side:

Column Field Description
PROJECT Displays the unique project ID code and the specific date it was logged.
QUOTED The complete client pricing agreed upon inside that project’s active estimate sheets.
RECEIVED The total payment amount you have successfully collected from that specific client.
OUTSTANDING The remaining payment amount left for you to collect on this project row.
PROJ. GROSS Your estimated baseline profit margins calculated when building the original quote.
ACTUAL GROSS Your real gross profit achieved after adjusting your spending totals.
NET PROFIT The final clean income cleared after paying all material suppliers and crew labor.

The bottom row displays a Total row summing up all numbers across every active project combined, giving you your exact overall business standing at a glance.
