Quotas & Add-ons

The Quotas & Add-ons page allows you to monitor your account’s database limits and purchase extra slots for the current month if you run out of your base plan allowance.

How to Access Quotas & Add-ons

Follow these steps to find your data thresholds and add-on controls:

  1. Open Plans & Billing:
    Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Plans & Billing (next to the card icon 💳) from the menu that pops up.

  3. Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.

  4. Click on the second tab called Quotas & Add-ons to open the page.

Resource Limits & Quotas

The top section maps out the storage limitations of your active tier. Each card shows an active status badge, a progress tracking bar, your current usage count, and exactly how many entry slots are left:

  • Monthly Project Quota: The total number of active projects you can create during the month. This card also shows your breakdown of base slots versus temporary add-on slots.
  • Equipment Pricing Entries: The absolute cap on how many vendor-specific pricing records you can save in your system library.
  • Inventory Entry Limits: The maximum number of distinct inventory logs you can track simultaneously.
  • Saved Vendor Limits: The maximum number of equipment suppliers you can log inside your vendor directory.
  • Personnel Directory: The max headcount cap for adding field technicians and internal team profiles.

Project Add-ons

If you maximize your monthly project quota but don’t want to completely upgrade your full plan tier, you can purchase temporary capacity extensions in the Project Add-ons section.

Available Add-on Packages:

  • 1-Project Pack: Adds 1 extra project slot.
  • 3-Project Pack: Adds 3 extra project slots.
  • 5-Project Pack: Adds 5 extra project slots.
  • 10+ Custom Pack: Adds 10 or more project slots at our best volume rate.

How to Buy a Pack:

Use the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons inside a package card to adjust the quantities you need, review the auto-calculated cost total, and click the orange Buy Pack button to check out.
