Payment History

The Payment History page keeps a complete archive of all transactions billed to your account. You can use this screen to track your renewals, review past subscription costs, and verify your payment methods.

How to Access Payment History

Follow these simple steps to find your billing statements log:

1. Open Plans & Billing:
   Desktop
   Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.
   Mobile
   Tap your Profile Icon at the top right of the screen.

2. Click on Plans & Billing (next to the card icon 💳) from the menu that pops up.

3. Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.

4. Click on the fourth tab called Payment History to open the page.

Reviewing the Payment History Table

The dashboard displays an itemized grid detailing each past charge line-by-line:

Column	What It Tracks
Date	The exact day, month, and year the transaction was successfully processed.
Item	The specific plan name or add-on package you purchased (e.g., Pro).
Period	The billing frequency layout selected for that specific purchase tier (e.g., Monthly or Yearly).
Amount	The final localized price billed to your payment card for the cycle.
Method	The specific card provider network or processing portal used to clear the checkout transaction (e.g., MASTER).
