Company Details

Setting up your company details is the very first thing you should do. The information you enter here are used in Quotations, Invoices, and Receipts generated by CCTVpilot. Keeping this info accurate makes sure your business documents look official and correct.

How to Access Company Details

Follow these simple steps to find and open the company details page:

1. Open Settings:
   Desktop
   Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.
   Mobile
   Tap your Profile Icon at the top of the screen.

2. Click on Settings (next to the gear icon ⚙️) from the menu that pops up.

3. Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.

4. Click on the very first tab called Company Details to open the page.

What to Fill In

Here is what you need to enter on the Company Details page:

1. Company Logo

• What it does: Your logo will automatically show up on your business documents.
• Size limit: The image must be smaller than 2MB.
• How to change it: Click the logo box to upload a new picture, or click Remove Logo to delete it.

2. Company Name

• Type in your official business name (for example: GuardView Solutions).

3. Registration No

• Type in your official business registration or tax number (for example: PV-00012345).

4. Email

• Enter your company’s main email address where customers can reach you (for example: [email protected]).

5. Phone

• Enter your main business phone number.

6. Address

• Type in your physical or billing address.

Saving Your Changes

When you are done typing in your information, don’t forget to save:

• Click the orange Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.
• A small message will pop up to let you know your changes were saved. All new documents you create will use this updated information right away.
