Navigating Project Sections
Section titled “Navigating Project Sections”How you view and open different project features depends entirely on whether you are using a desktop or a mobile device:
On a computer screen, most of your work areas are laid out as individual tables directly on this page so you can manage them quickly:
- The Main Sections: Areas like Quotations, Invoices, Receipts, Personnel, and Logistics / Travel show a table preview right on the dashboard.
- Quick Preview: You can view all the rows of data for that project right on this screen.
- Add Data: Click the orange buttons (like + New Quotation) to create data entries directly from here.
- Open Dedicated Page: If you want to view a section on its own full page, click the Expand Icon (the button with two small diagonal arrows) right next to the orange add button.
- Accounting & Financials: Unlike the other sections, Accounting & Financials at the very bottom does not have tables or add buttons. Instead, it displays two direct Page Links that you click to open their own full screens:
- Profit & Loss: Click this to open a clear sheet showing your revenue vs. expenses.
- Cash Flow: Click this to open a ledger tracking your money moving in and out.
On a mobile device, there are no preview tables or direct data entry buttons on this page. Instead, all sections are turned into simple Page Links that you tap to open their own dedicated screens.
To keep things neat on smaller screens, these links are grouped together under three main category headers:
- Sales: Tap any item here to open your full Quotations, Invoices, or Receipts lists.
- Operations: Tap here to check your Personnel list or your Logistics / Travel logs.
- Accounting & Financials: Tap here to open your Profit & Loss and Cash Flow sheets.
