Personnel Management

The Personnel Management page helps you track and organize your team members, field technicians, and contractors. Keeping your team profile database updated makes it easy to assign technicians to specific installation tasks and track technical skills across active projects.


Follow these simple steps based on the device you are using:

  1. Click on Personnel from the main left sidebar menu.

Once you are on the Personnel Management screen, you can manage your team with these built-in tools:

  • Next to the add button at the top right, you can find the layout toggle controls.
  • Click the Grid Icon to see your personnel laid out as visual boxes (Card View).
  • Click the List Icon right next to it if you prefer a compact, row-by-row structure (List View).
  • Search Box: Use the large Search personnel by name, email, or skills… bar at the top to filter staff instantly.
  • Filter Icon: Click the funnel button next to the search bar to filter by employment status or type.

Each team member’s card lists their contact details, hire date, specific contract payment structures, and matching tech specialties. Use the inline action icons in the top-right corner of each profile block to make changes:

  • Eye Icon: Click this to view complete records and assigned history.
  • Pencil Icon: Click this to adjust their recorded contact or employment info.
  • Trash Can Icon: Click this to remove a profile from your staff directory.

To begin logging a new team member or technician:

Click the orange + Add Personnel button in the top-right corner.

Scroll through the multi-section window to log their profile records:

  • Full Name * (Required): Enter the worker’s legal full name.

  • Email & Phone: Add their mobile and email contact information.

  • Emergency Contact: Log a backup contact person’s number for safety parameters.

  • Address: Type in their home residence address.

  • Type * (Required): Select their contract type from the dropdown menu (such as Employee, Contractor, Freelancer, or Temp)

  • Status: Choose whether they are currently Active or Inactive.

  • Start Date * / End Date: Select the calendar dates for when they start or finish working with you

This section automatically changes depending on the Type you chose above to match the correct layout:

If you select Employee: A blue alert message will appear explaining that employee salary payments cannot be handled inside this app. You will need to use your own separate payroll or HR system to manage monthly employee salaries.

  • Skills / Expertise: List specific industry specialties (such as IP CCTV design, Network cabling, VLAN setup, or Conduit fixing).

  • Certifications or Licenses: Note down any certified qualifications they have.

  • Notes: Enter any extra details you want to keep on record.

To complete the setup, click the orange Create button at the bottom to register the personnel profile, or click Cancel to abort without saving your inputs.
