Banking Details
Adding your bank account details makes it easy for your clients to pay you. The information you enter here will automatically show up at the bottom of your Quotations, Invoices and Receipts so clients know exactly where to send direct bank transfers.
How to Access Banking Details
Section titled “How to Access Banking Details”Follow these simple steps to find and open the banking details page:
- Open Settings:Click your Profile Icon (the button showing your company name and logo) at the bottom of the left sidebar.Tap your Profile Icon at the top of the screen.
Click on Settings (next to the gear icon ⚙️) from the menu that pops up.
Look at the list of tabs on the left side of the screen.
Click on the second tab called Banking to open the page.
What to Fill In
Section titled “What to Fill In”Here is what you need to enter on the Banking page:
1. Bank Name
Section titled “1. Bank Name”- Type in the official name of your bank (for example: Serendib National Bank).
2. Branch Name
Section titled “2. Branch Name”- Enter the specific branch where you opened your account (for example: Colombo 07).
3. Account Holder Name
Section titled “3. Account Holder Name”- Type in the exact legal name registered to the bank account. This could be your personal name or your registered business name (for example: GuardView Solutions).
4. Account Number
Section titled “4. Account Number”- Enter your full bank account number. Double-check this field carefully to make sure you don’t miss any digits!
Saving Your Changes
Section titled “Saving Your Changes”When you are done typing in your bank info, don’t forget to save your progress:
- Click the orange Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- A small message will pop up confirming your banking details have been successfully updated. All newly generated invoices will immediately display this payment info.
