Settings Overview

Settings page එක කියන්නේ ඔයාගේ account එක manage කරන්න, app behaviors fine-tune කරගන්න සහ ඔයාගේ company documents brand කරගන්න තියෙන control center එකයි. මේ tabs ටික fill කරන්න විනාඩි කිහිපයක් වැය කරොත්, ඔයාගේ business needs වලට හරියටම ගැලපෙන විදිහට workspace එක tailor කරගන්න පුළුවන්.

ප්‍රධාන Settings Tabs 7

ඔයාගේ settings page එක ප්‍රධාන sub-pages හතකට බෙදලා තියෙන්නේ, මේවා internal left sidebar panel එකෙන් කෙලින්ම access කරන්න පුළුවන්:

1. Company Details

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: Business logo, operating name, registration numbers සහ public contact information වගේ ඔයාගේ core identity elements store කරලා තියාගන්න එකයි.
Document Impact: මේ values වලින් ඔයා generate කරන Quotations, Invoices, සහ Receipts automatic brand කරලා දෙනවා.

2. Banking

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: ඔයාගේ bank’s name, branch location එක සහ account numbers record කරගන්න එකයි.
Document Impact: ඔයාට ඉක්මනටම සල්ලි ලැබෙන්න customer Quotations, Invoices, සහ Receipts වල පල්ලෙහායින් direct transfer instructions print කරලා දෙනවා.

3. Preferences

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: Measurement units (Metric හෝ Imperial), layout date formats, default baseline installation fees සහ project name prefixes වගේ global interface preferences control කරන එකයි.

4. Legal Documents

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: ඔයාගේ official corporate Terms & Conditions PDF file එක upload කරන්න drag-and-drop space එකක් ලබා දෙන එකයි.
Document Impact: Customer Quotation prints වල පිටුපසට ඔයාගේ legal requirements ටික automatic bundle කරලා දෙනවා.

5. Account Security

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: ඔයාගේ private user management controls මෙතන තියෙනවා. ඔයාගේ login email address එක safely alter කරන්න, password වෙනස් කරන්න නැත්නම් platform එකෙන් ඔයාගේ user account එක permanently delete කරන්න request කරන්න මෙතනින් පුළුවන්.

6. Connected Accounts

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: ඔයාගේ authentication methods වලට ලින්ක් වෙලා තියෙන third-party profiles display කරන එකයි. single-click actions වලින් sign in වෙන්න Google වගේ services මෙතනට link කරගන්න පුළුවන්.

7. About

මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ: ඔයාගේ app version එක, update checker එක සහ support portals වගේම legal documents වලට අදාළ links display කරන එකයි.
