ඔබේ account එක setup කරගන්න විනාඩියකටත් වඩා අඩු කාලයක් තමයි ගතවෙන්නේ. CCTVpilot කියන්නේ secure, cloud-based platform එකක් නිසා, ඔබට ඔබේ office එකේ තියෙන desktop computer එකකින් හෝ job site එකක ඉන්න ගමන් ඔබේ smartphone එකෙන් වුණත් business dashboard එකට access කරන්න පුළුවන්.

Platform එකට Access වීම

CCTVpilot සමඟ interact වීමට ඔබ පාවිච්චි කරන ප්‍රධාන web addresses (වෙබ් ලිපින) දෙකක් තිබෙනවා:

• මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ මොකක්ද (What it is): මේක public landing page එක වන අතර, ඔබට මෙතැනින් product features check කරන්න, subscription details ගවේෂණය කරන්න, සහ helpful resources හොයාගන්න පුළුවන්.

• Navigate කරන්නේ කොහොමද (How to navigate): Top navigation bar එකේ, ඔබව කෙලින්ම app workspace එක වෙත රැගෙන යන Login සහ Get Started buttons වල direct links ඔබට බලාගන්න පුළුවන්.

2. App Workspace එක

• මේකෙන් වෙන්නේ මොකක්ද (What it is): Actual application එක ක්‍රියාත්මක වන dedicated portal එක තමයි මේක.

• මේක වැඩ කරන්නේ කොහොමද (How it works): ඔබ තවමත් log වී නොමැති නම්, මේ URL එකට ගියාම autoම sign in page එක open වෙනවා. ඔබ දැනටමත් ඒ device එකෙන් log වී ඉන්නවා නම්, sign in screens සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම bypass කරලා ඔබව කෙලින්ම ඔබේ active projects dashboard එක වෙත රැගෙන යනවා.

Account Sign Up Screen එක

ඔබ 14-day free trial එකක් පටන් ගන්න ලෑස්ති වන new user කෙනෙක් නම්, https://app.cctvpilot.com/signup වන direct link එක පාවිච්චි කරන්න.

1. Continue with Google

• Continue with Google: මේක click කළාම existing Google account එකක් පාවිච්චි කරලා ඔබට ක්ෂණිකවම register වෙන්න පුළුවන්. මේකෙන් ඔබේ profile information ඉතා secure විදිහට link කරන නිසා, ඔබට CCTVpilot වෙනුවෙන් brand-new password එකක් create කරන්න ඕන වෙන්නේ නැහැ.
  • Next Step: ඔබ මේ option එක තෝරාගත්තොත්, app එක මගින් ඔබව ක්ෂණිකවම Company Name setup screen එක වෙත රැගෙන යනවා.

2. Continue with Email

• Email: ඔබේ active business හෝ personal email address එක මෙතැන type කරන්න (උදාහරණයක් ලෙස: [email protected]). Important account updates, system notifications, සහ security verification සඳහා මේ address එක පාවිච්චි කරනු ලබනවා.
• Password: ඔබේ account එකට strong, private password එකක් create කරන්න. ඔබ type කරන විට, ඔබේ privacy එක ආරක්ෂා කිරීමට ඒ characters සියල්ල secure dots බවට පත්වෙනවා.

උපදෙස්

Box එකේ දකුණු පැත්තේ තියෙන eye icon එක click කරලා තාවකාලිකව ඔබේ text එක reveal කරගෙන, ඔබ කිසිම typo එකක් (අකුරු වැරදීමක්) කරලා නැහැ කියලා verify කරගන්න පුළුවන්.

• Confirm Password: ඔබ කලින් field එකේ ඇතුලත් කරපු විදිහටම ඔබ තෝරාගත් password එක නැවත type කරන්න. මේ safety check එක මගින් පළමු වතාවේදී ඔබ typing error එකක් සිදු කර නොමැති බව තහවුරු කරනවා.
• Promo code (optional): ඔබට යම් marketing campaign එකකින් promotional discount හෝ special offer code එකක් ලැබුණා නම්, එය ඔබේ account tier එකට apply කරගන්න මෙතැන type කරන්න. එහෙම එකක් නැත්නම් මේක blank (හිස්ව) තියන්න.

3. Sign Up අවසන් කිරීම සහ Verification

• Create account Button: ඔබේ registration එක process කරගැනීම සඳහා, අවශ්‍ය සියලුම fields පුරවා අවසන් වූ පසු මේ orange button එක click කරන්න.
  • Next Step: Email හරහා register වෙන්නේ නම්, ඔබට app dashboard එකට access කිරීමට පෙර ඔබේ email inbox එකට එවා ඇති confirmation link එක හරහා ඔබේ email address එක verify කළ යුතුමයි.

Verification email එක හොයාගන්න බැරිද?

විනාඩි කිහිපයක් ඇතුලත ඔබේ primary inbox එකේ confirmation link එක දකින්න ලැබුණේ නැත්නම්, කරුණාකර ඔබේ Junk හෝ Spam folders check කරලා බලන්න. සමහර වෙලාවට automated system emails වැරදීමකින් එතැනට filter වෙන්න පුළුවන්!

ඔබට දැනටමත් registered account profile එකක් තියෙනවා නම් සහ ඔබේ dashboard එක load කරගන්න ඕන නම්, https://app.cctvpilot.com/signin වන direct link එක පාවිච්චි කරන්න.

1. Continue with Google

• Continue with Google: ඔබ මුලින්ම register වුණේ ඔබේ Google profile එක පාවිච්චි කරලා නම්, නැතහොත් පසුව ඔබේ settings ඇතුලෙන් Google account එක connect කළා නම් මේක click කරන්න. මේකෙන් ඔබට manual විදිහට password credentials type කරන්නේ නැතිව ක්ෂණිකවම log වෙන්න පුලුවන්.

2. Continue with Email

• Email: ඔබ registration process එකේදී මුලින්ම පාවිච්චි කරපු exact email address එකම මෙතැන type කරන්න.
• Password: ඔබේ account එකට අදාළ password එක enter කරන්න. ඔබ type කරන්නේ මොනවාදැයි බලා ගැනීමට සහ එය නිවැරදි දැයි තහවුරු කර ගැනීමට, ඔබට box එකේ දකුණු පැත්තේ තියෙන eye icon එක පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන්.
• Forgot your password? Link: ඔබට ඔබේ password එක මතක නැත්නම්, ඒක secure විදිහට reset කරගන්න අවශ්‍ය instructions සහිත automated recovery email එකක් ලබා ගැනීමට මේ link එක click කරන්න.
• Keep me signed in Checkbox: ඔබ trusted private device එකක් පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ නම්, ඔබ web browser එක close කරන විට auto log out නොවී ඉන්න මේ box එක check කරන්න.

3. Sign In වීම අවසන් කිරීම

First-Time Account Setup Flow එක (පළමු වතාවට Account එක Setup වන ආකාරය)

ඔබ පළමු වතාවට සාර්ථකව ඔබේ account එක authenticate කළ විට—ඒ කියන්නේ Google sign-up process එක අවසන් කළ වහාම හෝ, email registration verification එක අවසන් කර පළමු වතාවට login වන විට—app එක මගින් ඔබව initial workspace configuration sequence එක හරහා guide කරනු ලබනවා:

Step 1: Company Profile Setup

ඔබේ account එක setup වෙන්න කලින්, app එකෙන් ගොඩක් වැදගත් එක විස්තරයක් (field එකක්) පුරවන්න දෙනවා:

• Watch Animated Tour: Application dashboard එක වටා ඔබව visually guide කරමින්, ප්‍රධාන menus තියෙන්නේ කොහේද කියලා පෙන්වා දෙන automatic, step-by-step tour එකක් launch කරනවා.
• Explore on my own: Introductory guide එක සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම skip කරලා, ඔබව කෙලින්ම live active interface dashboard එකට ගෙන යනවා.

Step 3: Getting Started Task List එක

ඔබ tour එක close කළාට හෝ complete කළාට පස්සේ, ඔබේ operational baseline එක build කරගන්න උදව් වන විදිහට design කරපු Getting Started checklist page එකට ඔබව පිවිසෙනවා.
