Project Details

ඔයාගේ project list එකෙන් specific project එකක් open කරගත්තම ඔයා කෙලින්ම එන්නේ Project Details page එකට. මේ dashboard එකෙන් ඔයාගේ හැම quote, bill, customer detail වගේම financial summary එකක්ම එකම central place එකකට එකතු කරලා පෙන්වනවා.

Top Dashboard Tools & Info

Page එකේම උඩින්ම ඔයාට ප්‍රධාන data fields ඇතුළත් project card header එක බලාගන්න පුළුවන්:

Back Arrow (←): මේක click කරලා dashboard එකෙන් instant exit වෙලා ආපහු ඔයාගේ main project list එකට යන්න පුළුවන්.
Status Badge: Job එක දැනට තියෙන stage එක (උදාහරණයක් විදිහට Draft, Quoted, In Progress, හෝ Completed) මෙතනින් display කරනවා.
Site Plan Button: කැමරා placement, routing paths සහ වෙනත් design elements plan කරන්න පුළුවන් interactive site plan design tool එක මේකෙන් open වෙනවා.
Procurement Button: ඔයාගේ purchases manage කරන්න වගේම inventory orders track කරන්න පුළුවන් material buying space එක මේකෙන් open කරගන්න පුළුවන්.
Edit Button: Project notes වගේ basic project parameters වෙනස් කරන්න මේකෙන් පුළුවන්.
Delete Button: මේ project record එක සදහටම remove කරලා දාන්න මේක click කරන්න.

2. Project Information Card

Setup කරන වෙලාවේ ඔයා log කරපු essential profile contact records ටික මේ card එකේ තියෙනවා:

Client Details: Customer ගේ full name, registered email address සහ active phone number එක මෙතන display වෙනවා.
Addresses: Customer ගේ billing address එක සහ installation එක කරන specific site address එක එක ලඟ බලාගන්න පුළුවන්.
Project Details: Project card එක මුලින්ම create කරපු date එක සහ අන්තිමටම update කරපු date එක මෙතනින් track කරනවා.

Financial Health Summary Cards

Main info card එකට කෙලින්ම යටින් ඔයාට quick financial overview row එකක් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්. මේ cards වලින් ඔයාගේ revenue totals automatic recalculate කරලා දෙනවා:

Quoted Value: ඔයාගේ client documents හරහා estimate කරපු total money amount එක.
Received: Customer දැනටමත් settle කරලා තියෙන actual cash හෝ direct transfer payments.
Outstanding: Client ගෙන් ඔයාට තවමත් ලැබෙන්න තියෙන balance amount එක.
Proj. Gross: ඔයාගේ baseline project gross income status එක calculate කරලා track කරන එක.

Project Sections වල Navigating කිරීම

ඔයා වෙනස් වෙනස් project features view කරන්නේ සහ open කරන්නේ කොහොමද කියන එක සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම තීරණය වෙන්නේ ඔයා desktop එකක්ද mobile device එකක්ද use කරන්නේ කියන එක මතයි:

The Main Sections: Quotations, Invoices, Receipts, Personnel, සහ Logistics / Travel වගේ sections වල table preview එකක් dashboard එකේම බලාගන්න පුළුවන්.
- Quick Preview: ඒ project එකට අදාළ හැම data row එකක්ම මේ screen එකෙන්ම view කරන්න පුළුවන්.
- Add Data: මෙතන ඉඳන්ම කෙලින්ම data entries create කරගන්න තැඹිලි පාට buttons (උදාහරණයක් විදිහට + New Quotation) click කරන්න.
- Open Dedicated Page: ඔයාට යම් section එකක් තනි full page එකක් විදිහට view කරන්න ඕන නම්, තැඹිලි පාට add button එකට එහා පැත්තේ තියෙන Expand Icon එක (Diagonal arrows දෙකක් තියෙන button එක) click කරන්න.
Accounting & Financials: අනිත් sections වගේ නෙවෙයි, යටින්ම තියෙන Accounting & Financials section එකේ tables හෝ add buttons නැහැ. ඒ වෙනුවට ඒවටම වෙන් වුණු full screens open කරගන්න පුළුවන් direct Page Links දෙකක් මෙතන තියෙනවා:
- Profit & Loss: ඔයාගේ revenue vs. expenses පැහැදිලිව පෙන්වන sheet එකක් open කරගන්න මේක click කරන්න.
- Cash Flow: ඔයාගේ සල්ලි moving in සහ moving out track කරන ledger එකක් open කරගන්න මේක click කරන්න.

Service Projects Section

ඔයාගේ project එක සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම finalize වෙලා Completed විදිහට mark කරපු ගමන්, Service Projects කියලා අලුත්ම section එකක් auto මේ page එකට එකතු වෙනවා. මේ section එකෙන් ඔයාට post-installation checkups, maintenance calls වගේම ඒ project එකට අදාළ ongoing system support requests ලේසියෙන්ම manage කරගන්න පුළුවන්.
